1. Who you're contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the Warrior Workouts service ("Service"). The Service is operated by Warrior Workouts ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. The Service
Warrior Workouts provides structured bodyweight training plans, workout tracking, coaching tools, and related fitness software. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial period as described at checkout.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: (a) using it for unlawful purposes; (b) committing fraud, spam, or harassment; (c) infringing intellectual property rights; (d) attempting to interfere with security (introducing malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering); or (e) reselling or redistributing the Service without our written consent. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@warriorworkouts.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Intellectual property
Warrior Workouts retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including software, training content, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your active subscription plan.
6. Payment, billing, and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your account or paddle.net.
7. Earn-As-You-Train discount
Standard subscriptions are billed at $25/month at the end of each billing cycle. For each calendar day (in your local time zone) during the cycle on which you complete a workout, $1 is credited toward that cycle's invoice, down to a $5 minimum. Only one credit may be earned per day. Credits do not carry over between cycles and have no cash value.
8. Health disclaimer
The Service provides general fitness information and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety.
9. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (workout logs, messages, photos). You grant Warrior Workouts a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.
10. Service level and warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Warrior Workouts harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination your access ends; you may request export of your account data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
