1. Who we are
Warrior Workouts ("we", "us") operates the Warrior Workouts service. We act as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service. Contact: info@warriorworkouts.app.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, time zone, role.
- Profile and training data: goals, body metrics, workout logs, completed exercises, plans you build or share.
- Communications: messages to coaches, support requests.
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, app interactions, IP address, browser/device identifiers, crash and performance telemetry.
- Payment data: collected directly by our payment provider Paddle — we receive only billing status, the last four digits of your card, and country/region.
3. Why we use it
- Create and maintain your account (contract performance).
- Deliver, personalize, and improve the Service (contract / legitimate interests).
- Process payments and subscriptions via Paddle (contract).
- Provide customer support (contract / legitimate interests).
- Prevent fraud and abuse and keep the Service secure (legitimate interests / legal obligation).
- Send service announcements and, with your consent, marketing emails.
4. Who we share it with
- Paddle — Merchant of Record for payments, subscription management, tax, and invoicing.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve the Service on our behalf.
- Analytics and error-monitoring providers used to operate and improve the Service.
- Coaches on the platform — only data you choose to share with a coach you've engaged.
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain account and training data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion at any time; we will delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@warriorworkouts.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on user data — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, and limited analytics to understand product usage. You can control cookies via your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the Service.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and may process data in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that threshold applies). We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data.
