Place your forearms on the floor with elbows directly under the shoulders and hands relaxed or lightly clasped.

Step the feet back so the legs are straight and the body forms one long line from head to heels.

Squeeze the glutes, brace the abs, and gently tuck the ribs so the low back stays supported.

Press the floor away through the forearms and keep the neck neutral with the gaze slightly down.

Hold steady without letting the hips sag or pike as you breathe under control.
