Lie on one side with the forearm planted under the shoulder and the legs stacked.

Set the top hand on the hip or reach it upward while keeping the chest open.

Lift the hips so the body forms a straight line from head through heels.

Brace the obliques and press firmly through the grounded forearm without shrugging the shoulder.
5
Hold the position while keeping the hips high and the torso from rotating forward or back.
