Start in a strong high plank with the hands under the shoulders and legs long behind you.

Brace the abs and keep the hips low so the torso stays stable like a moving plank.

Drive one knee toward the chest without rounding the upper back or bouncing the hips high.

Switch legs quickly but with control, landing softly on the toes each time.

Keep pressing the floor away through the hands and maintain a steady core throughout the set.
