Lie flat with the legs straight and the arms by your sides while the low back stays gently pressed down.

Brace the core before lifting both legs together in one smooth motion.

Raise only as high as you can control while keeping the pelvis steady and the neck relaxed.

Lower slowly and stop the descent before the low back starts to peel off the floor.

Keep the legs long, move deliberately, and reset the brace before each rep.
