Lie flat with the arms overhead and the legs straight before setting the low back firmly into the floor.

Lift the shoulders and legs slightly so the body forms a shallow curved hollow position.

Reach long through the fingers and toes while keeping the ribs pulled down and chin neutral.

Only lower the arms or legs as far as you can control without the low back peeling up.

Hold with smooth breathing and bend the knees slightly if you need to keep the shape.
