Start in a squat stance with the feet about shoulder-width apart and the hands together or slightly forward for balance.

Lower into a controlled squat while keeping the chest up, core braced, and knees tracking over the toes.

Explode upward by driving through the floor and fully extending the hips, knees, and ankles.

4

Land softly on the balls of the feet and roll through the whole foot as you absorb the impact.

5

Settle back into the next squat under control before repeating instead of bouncing wildly.
