Lower for a slow three-count while keeping the chest up and core braced.

Sit into the squat with even pressure through the whole foot.

Pause for one second at the bottom without losing tension.

Drive up in one controlled second instead of rushing out of the hole.

Keep every rep smooth and identical from start to finish.
