Coaching Cues

Stand tall with feet about hip-width apart and place your hands on the front of the hips.

Keep a soft bend in the knees and brace the core before you move.

Push the hips straight back while the chest tips forward and the spine stays long.
4
Stop when you feel the hamstrings load without rounding through the lower back.
5
Drive the hips forward to return to standing tall and reset between reps.
