Balance on one foot and keep a soft bend in the standing knee.

Lift the opposite knee first to find balance, then start hinging from the hip.

Reach the hands toward the floor as the free leg extends long behind you.

Keep the hips as square as possible and the spine long from head to heel.

Drive through the standing foot to return to tall posture with control before repeating.
