Stand tall with your core engaged before taking the first step.

Step forward into a lunge and lower until both knees are bent with control.

Keep the front knee over the ankle and the back knee hovering above the floor.

Push through the front heel to stand and move directly into the next rep.

Take smooth controlled steps instead of rushing between lunges.
