Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and ribs stacked over the hips.

Step one foot back and lower until both knees bend to about 90 degrees.

Keep the front knee stacked over the ankle and the torso upright.

Lightly tap the back knee toward the floor without crashing into the bottom.

5

Push through the front heel to return to standing, then switch sides.
