Set a strong high plank with hands just outside shoulder width.

Brace the abs and glutes before every rep.

Lower the body in one line until the chest is just above the floor.

Keep the neck neutral and elbows angled back instead of flared out.

Press the floor away and return to full lockout with control.

Need an easier version?

Switch to knee push-up and keep the same timer.

Use Regression
