Start in a pike with hips high and heels lifted if needed.

Place the hands shoulder width apart and spread the fingers wide.

Bend the elbows to lower the crown of the head toward the floor.

Keep the hips high so the shoulders take the load.
5
Press through the palms to return to the starting pike position.
