Stand in front of a sturdy bench or box and place one foot fully on top.

Lean slightly forward over the working leg without collapsing the chest.

3

Drive through the whole front foot to lift yourself up with control.

4

Bring the other knee through or hover it without pushing hard off the back leg.

5

Step back down softly and repeat all reps before switching sides.
