Grip the bar just outside shoulder width, palms forward.

Hang with shoulders packed down and away from the ears.

Pull the elbows down and back to lift the chest to the bar.

Avoid kicking or swinging.

Lower under control to a full hang.

Switch to seated band row and keep the same timer.
