Start in a glute bridge position with hips lifted and ribs down.

Take small alternating heel steps forward while trying to keep the hips elevated.

Move slowly and stay braced so the hamstrings do the work instead of the lower back.

Walk out only as far as you can control without the hips dropping hard.

Either walk the feet back in or lower down with control to reset the rep.
Need an easier version?
Switch to glute bridge and keep the same timer.
